VerifySMS provides two product lanes: public SMS numbers that anyone can browse, and private mobile numbers that are tied to an authenticated account. This page describes how information is handled across both lanes.

By using the site, you agree that public SMS routes are openly visible by design and that private account features depend on account, payment, and operational records being processed server-side.

Messages sent to public numbers may be displayed on public number pages together with their sender, receiver, time, and message text. Do not use public numbers for personal, confidential, financial, medical, or recovery-related communication.

Public message visibility is a product feature, not an exception. If message privacy matters, use a private mobile number instead of the public lane.

When you create an account, we process account information, wallet activity, order records, and support interactions needed to provide the service. Private mobile number orders and wallet records are intended to stay tied to the authenticated account that created them.

We also process operational metadata needed for fraud prevention, reliability, auditing, troubleshooting, and lawful compliance.

Wallet balance changes, payment confirmation events, and related billing records are handled through server-side systems and provider callbacks. We do not credit balances from client-side redirects alone.

We may keep limited transaction and notification logs to reconcile payments, support users, and maintain platform safety.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect private account data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

We may retain records for operational, legal, anti-abuse, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
