VerifySMS is intended for lawful testing, QA, privacy-conscious verification, and user-consented workflows. You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Public numbers are shared inboxes. Messages sent to them may be visible publicly, and they should be used only for non-sensitive workflows where open visibility is acceptable.

Private mobile numbers are account-based and intended for workflows where the message should stay tied to the purchasing user instead of appearing publicly.

Wallet balance must be funded before private orders can be placed. Payment confirmation, order creation, order expiry, and eligible returned funds follow the platform's server-side processing rules.

Prices, country availability, supported routes, and delivery timing may change without notice. A successful order request does not guarantee that every external service will accept a number or complete a flow.

You must not use VerifySMS for fraud, account takeover, harassment, spam, unlawful surveillance, deceptive account creation, platform-rule evasion, or any activity that harms third parties.

We may suspend, restrict, cancel, or refuse service when we detect abuse, suspicious behavior, policy violations, charge disputes, or legal risk.

We may update, pause, or discontinue features, country routes, payment methods, or message-delivery options at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, permanent inventory, or compatibility with every external service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
