Payment pending
Crypto payments can take a little time to confirm. If your payment still shows as pending, give it a few minutes and check Billing again.
Balance not updated yet
Your wallet balance updates after payment confirmation. If the payment has already been confirmed and the balance still looks unchanged, email support with your account email and payment reference.
Verification SMS did not arrive
If your SMS does not arrive before the order expires, eligible funds return to your balance automatically. You can also review the order in Order History for its latest status.
Canceling an order
Cancel can become available shortly after a number is active. If cancellation succeeds, the held amount returns to your balance.
Funds returned or expired orders
If an order expires or funds are returned, you will see that in your order history and wallet activity. If something looks wrong, send us the order number so we can check it for you.
Wrong number or service selected
Before placing an order, double-check the country, service, and price option. If you selected the wrong one, contact support with the order number and a short explanation.
Public numbers and visible messages
Messages on public numbers can be visible to other visitors. Use a private verification number when a message should stay private to your account.

If you are having trouble signing in or accessing your dashboard, email support with your account email and a short note about what you see on screen.
